Well, it’s already April and what a fantastic start to the year it has been! We’ve had some amazing events already and there’s plenty more to come. Our Data & Analytics Symposium was a success all round, with plenty of great feedback already coming in from our delegates, speakers and exhibitors. On behalf of the entire UKISUG team I’d like to extend my sincerest thanks to all who made the day so fantastic.
If you missed out on the Data & Analytics Symposium, fear not we have our Journey to S/4HANA Symposium – Ireland coming up in June and UKISUG’s first BTP Symposium in July. The agenda for both of these events is still being worked on, so book your place early and make sure you’re ready for insightful and expert knowledge on two of SAP’s hottest topics.
Of course, it would be rude not to mention our flagship event, UKISUG Connect 2023. We’ll be back at the ICC, Birmingham again this November and we’re well underway with the preparations. |

Our member survey is set to be released this week, giving you the opportunity to share your thoughts directly with us. We value all our members comments and feedback, as it helps us to develop our community into something that you, the user, find invaluable to driving success for your SAP projects and maintenance. The survey doesn’t take long to complete, and it truly does provide the UKISUG team with insight into what you need and how we can help.
I’d like to conclude by reminding all our members of the opportunities to speak at, or host any of our events. Part of what makes our community so strong is our members, and it’s your experience and knowledge that only further strengthen the entire SAP Community. You can find out more about the benefits of speaking and hosting below. This week the UKISUG Board will be meeting in London and will have the opportunity to meet the new SAP UKI Managing Director and welcome him to our community.
Once again, thank you for being part of the UKISUG Community! Paul Cooper Chairman

"Even though it has larger customers than us, our experience with The Config Team has always been a quality of service that we would have expected to only get if we were its biggest client." - Jason Howard, CIO at Rather Outdoors.
The Config Team offers a flexible alternative to SAP support. With experts in every SAP supply chain related module, and an extensive catalogue of services, they will work with you to build a contract that suits your needs and will ensure the long-term health of your SAP operations - 'small enough to care, big enough to deliver' See what their customer, Rather Outdoors, has to say about their support offering:
Inheriting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) from a new acquisition, but with no internal team, Rather Outdoors engaged The Config Team to provide SAP support to help them navigate the transition. With a UK-based support team that operates around the clock to suit customers' needs, The Config Team was well placed to support Rather Outdoors' global operations.
Covering Rather Outdoors' SAP EWM processes, ECC, IBP, Basis, and roles and security, The Config Team's expert support allows for quick and easy access to its full network of experienced SAP module experts.
"The Config Team has helped us leapfrog at least a couple of years in terms of putting a team together and getting them to gel." - Jason Howard, CIO at Rather Outdoors.

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS NPS? |
|
|
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is used by almost all organisations to gain insight and understanding into what you think about their products and services!
As part of the work UKISUG are committing to, alongside SAP, we use NPS to understand and establish what’s going great, what isn’t and what we need to work on. Craig Dale sat down with Lauren Barratt from SAP and took a quick deep dive into the importance of NPS. Check out the full video using the button below! |
