Starting the day with an SAP Retail experts, Shaid Latif and Elif Kuralay , who will cover everything from retail trends to how to use technology to drive performance and include customer examples of driving success using SAP solutions in retail.

They will be sharing their view of the Global and local trends which are influencing retailer behaviour, investments, and successful engagement with end customers. The SAP team will present the Retail Business Unit Go To Market Strategy, which is the distillation of the thousands of retailer conversations which influence the SAP Retail development roadmap, showing where SAP believes the most astute retail investments are taking place for competitiveness and differentiation. The team will also share reference cases where those investments are taking place with retailers and the results achieved.

Andrew Slynn & Katie Sarson from Dormakaba will cover how terminals can be used to not only collect time data for accurate payroll, but how you can also integrate self service for the many staff in these areas who do not have access to computers for them to check their shifts, request annual leave and for managers to check who has clocked in – all through the terminal. They will also touch on how you can use the workforce management solution for shop floor data collection to understand the true time and cost of processes.
