Getting the inside track on SAP’s Business Technology Platform at our upcoming Symposium

SAP’s Business Technology Platform (BTP) has been around for a couple of years now. It brings together data and analytics, artificial intelligence, application development, automation, and integration in one, unified environment. But for many users there is still a lot of uncertainty about what it is and how it can benefit their organisation. Yet whether you’re already a BTP user or are looking to make use of it in the near future, our upcoming BTP Symposium aims to help you learn more and make the most of the platform.

Taking place in Manchester on Tuesday 18thJuly, the Symposium will feature keynote speakers, a panel discussion and three breakout streams on Direction, Navigation and Invention.

Iver van de Zand, CTO for SAP BTP will be our opening keynote speaker. He will explain how the components that make up BTP fit together and outline how BTP can be integrated into both on-premise and cloud applications. Iver was a guest on our SUGTalks podcast last year – you can listen to our interview here.

The breakout streams will see customers and partners sharing their experiences and tips for making the most of BTP. For instance, Sanctuary is outlining how they used BTP to transform their customer experience by embracing the intelligent enterprise. Another session will see Welsh Water share their journey from SAP Cloud Platform to BTP and what the organisation learned during the process.

SAP’s BTP has a lot to offer – and we haven’t even mentioned some of the partner innovations around sustainability – so it can be overwhelming for both new and existing users. Our BTP Symposium is the perfect place to network with peers and share your own experiences. So make sure to reserve your spot so you don’t miss out.
