New SAP ONE Support launchpad SAPs central entry point to all of its service and support applications

Those applications are based on User Profiles, which contain information such as favorite systems, deployed products etc.

The launchpad is the latest enhancement to the SAP ONE Support program, designed to deliver a consistent, end-to-end support experience for companies of all sizes and deployment environments, including on premise, cloud and hybrid.
