Many of our SIGs have included UX sessions in their meetings, but as UX affects all areas of SAP and all customers we have decided to collect all of this UX content in one place by creating a UX SIG. This will make it easier for our members to access the content and will avoid speakers travelling to multiple SIG meetings to repeat the same sessions.
We expect SIG meetings to include content about the general principles of UX as well as SAP-specific UX technologies and of course SAP's UX strategy. As always, customer experiences are especially welcome so if you have a UX story you'd like to tell, please get in touch with kirsten.boucher@sapusers.org
The first ever meeting of this SIG will be held on Tuesday September 15th at Clockhouse Place. It will include some sessions about generic UX issues, but will also have space for delegates to discuss their current UX projects and issues and future plans. These discussions will help build the agenda of future meetings, as well as help us to help each other in this challenging area.
