The major focus of the event will be engaging users and empowering them to get the most out of SAP,starting on the Sunday afternoon with the regular workshop sessions and a networking reception.

UKISUG chairman, Paul Cooper, will begin Monday’s packed line up of keynotes updating attendees on the User Group’s activities over the last 12 months and explaining how we will continue to support members moving forward.

We will also have keynotes from SAP leaders including Jens Amail, MD, SAP UK&I, Angela Massey, Head of Customer Office, SAPEMEA North and Simon O’Kane, Managing Director EMEA of Qualtrics. A treasure trove of SAP customers will also be sharing their advice and deployment stories during the event, including GSK, Howdens, Yorkshire Water, Burberry, E.ON, Sunderland County Council and Wilko.

During the conference, delegates will be able to choose from more than 100 different breakout sessions, covering everything from SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA, Creating Disruptive Advantage, Financial Excellence, Payroll and the future of HR– ensuring that all attendees have the opportunity to learn valuable and relevant skills during the conference. This year’s new Customer Experience Management stream will also help users better improve CX across their SAP-led solutions.

For the first time, we will be running networking roundtable sessions, giving users a chance to discuss pertinent topics with their peers and SAP experts in a more informal environment. Additionally, there will also be dedicated SoapBox Sessions on the exhibition floor to give users the chance to experience more interactive demos.

Closing the conference will be a keynote from motivational speaker and acclaimed author Paul McGee. Paul will be sharing his secrets to success inside and outside of the workplace, building on his work in books like Shut Up Move On (S.U.M.O) and How to Succeed with People.

And finally, SUGFest will again be back. This year, the theme is “The Greatest Show”, where attendees can relax, network and enjoy a big top circus tent, a carousel bar featuring live music, Jesters comedy lounge and a House of Cards casino which will be open till late.

Activities will be split across all three days, ensuring there is something for all SAP users in every department, from payroll to user experience professionals. For more information, you can follow us on Twitter, or visit the website. Places can be booked here.
